Digital software subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. By purchasing a subscription, you receive access to digital software services and acknowledge this refund policy.

Subscription access remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or another written agreement.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly to brandon@rothventures.co for review.

This policy applies to software subscriptions, digital products, and related online services operated by Roth Ventures NY LLC or its subsidiaries.
